All items come with a 14-day warranty unless otherwise noted from time of receipt and for items sold in the “for parts or not working” category.
NO WARRANTY is offered to customers outside of the Canada and USA, and items are NOT REFUNDABLE!!!
Returns due to verified defect or seller error are eligible for a full refund.

Return Policy

Return of a product that is not due to defect or seller error is subject to a 15% restocking fee. This is to cover the loss of shipping and eBay fees, as well as the diagnostics and testing involved in re-evaluating the returned, shipped, and handled item.
Items that have substantial wear or are materially different from how they were shipped are NOT eligible for refunds. Please, DO NOT attempt to return a broken or substitute item to us and attempt to have your funds returned. We photograph, record serial numbers and specifications, and physically mark our items so that they are distinguishable.
Buyers are responsible for shipping charges on ALL items returned to us in ALL circumstances. Do not buy if you do not agree.

Shipping in the USA

All items are shipped either by UPS or Canada Post.
Residents in HI, AK and PR will be charged a surcharge…..Please contact us before purchasing any item.
If your item(s) was damaged during shipping, please contact us and the shipping company. Don’t unpack or tamper with the damaged package until pictures have been taken or the shipping company has inspected the damaged item.
We proudly ship out all items within one (1) business day after receiving payment.

International Shipping – Outside the USA and Canada

You will be directed to join the Global Shipping Program, we do not ship internationally to non-members of this program.
Items are shipped by UPS Priority Mail International which is should arrive in 6-10 business days. There is no guarantee of time of delivery and we are in NO WAY responsible for shipping time. This service provides tracking information and insurance.
Depending on the country you live in, you may have to pay customs, duties and taxes to your government in order to receive your package(s). We are NOT responsible for any of these charges.
